Hi James and Steve,
The villa was beautifully presented for our arrival. We arrived late at night and on entering the villa couldn't help but mutter a wow. This is our 4th visit to this villa, so you would think that initial first impression would have faded over the years, but on opening the front door, it is just so welcoming. The villa is spotless from top to bottom, the lights are on and you just know you are going to have a great time.
The Blue Line development is quiet and ideally located, between Pefkos and Lindos, about 5 minutes drive away. It was a simple drive from the airport, James and Steve provide directions in your villa pack should you need it.
A complimentary welcome pack was provided, which with our late night arrival was really appreciated the next day where we make full use of the items, eggs, bread, fruit juice, butter, honey and water.
The villa contained everything you need, the kitchen has everything from a bottle opener to a coffee machine. The villa is tastefully decorated throughout, if fells like a home rather than a holiday rental.
Even although we were there in September this year, we still needed the air conditioning. The system is so efficient we didn't need to leave it on all day, just turned it on a little but before coming in from the pool area.
The bedrooms were all beautifully presented, we used the master top floor suite, bed is comfy and loads of storage space in all the bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean and the towels provided were soft and fluffy.
The pool area is brilliant, with plenty of space, comfy sunbeds and huge umbrella's. We made good use of the comfy seating in the shady corner, both in the evening and throughout the day.
We don't tend to watch tv on holiday, but did tune in to watch the Bake Off! Better TV package than we have at home, from sports to movie channels. Your high speed wifi was also great for keeping in touch with back home!
Your property management team were excellent, unobtrusive but there if needed.
The communication from you guys from the initial enquiry right up to our return is the best we have experienced. You have it all just perfect, quick response to any questions, excellent communication pack about the villa, call just before you depart for any last minute questions and follow up email when you return to make sure everything was fine while at their villa.
Only one negative for us this year............... we only stayed for a week!

We were certainly not disappointed. Everything from your amazing interior to the outside pool and unique BBQ area was just perfect. The position and location was just stunning!
Everything we needed for our two weeks of comfort were provided and James and Steve really have thought about their guests when creating this island home.
M&S cars were fantastic and hassle free and Paul your property manager was extremely friendly and helpful.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your beautiful island home to our family and friends.

We really enjoyed our stay. and thought VLB was very well looked after and well equipped villa in such an excellent location! We were so impressed with the prestige Blue Line development and your villa in particular.
First impressions were stunning!
Kit out of your home also excellent - better than some we have stayed in in other locations in past. Beds were very comfortable. Little things matter - like having a power point next to mirror in bedroom for using hair dryer, straighteners etc. You wouldn’t believe the places we’ve stayed where mirror and powerpoint were nowhere near each other!
Air con was essential. We were trying to be sparing in its use but did have it on when we were in bedrooms at night - fantastic. Also when it was 43 outside on some days it was good to be able to switch it on in living room for a cool hour!
Not many villas provide a toaster so this was really appreciated - pitta bread heated in toaster is much easier than trying to use a grill. There was all the BBQ equipment we needed and we did a limited amount of in villa cooking but all the kitchen equipment was there for what we did need. BBQ worked really well!
Your Internet worked well - so the teenagers tell us - super fast!
Excellent pool and the sunbeds were a lot more comfortable than in many other villas where we have stayed before. The provision of towels to use in the pool area is an excellent idea and very much appreciated.
We spent nearly all our time when at the villas outside by the pool both by day and in the evening so found the furniture on the patio area very comfy.
We did look through your list of recommended restaurants etc. & tried a few. We liked the rooftop dining in Lindos and did eat in Pefkos on a couple of occasions. I think our favourite though was in St Paul’s bay - was it Tambakio? - down on the beach front. Superb food and slightly different to most in Lindos/Pefkos which all had their own character but the food was often very similar in all.
Gelo Blu was a favourite on our evenings in Lindos when we would relax with one of their ice creams!
Finally, the pre holiday service from yourselves was far in excess to what we are used to. We even need to thank you for your recommendation of Kiotari water sports centre from where we did rent a yacht for the day and had a superb day out with Natasha as skipper and an excellent service provide by their company.
So in summary we had an excellent holiday in what we thought was a superb villa - very well equipped and obviously extremely well looked after. Paul was telling us of the little extras that you add each year! We like the Lindos area but do like to holiday in lots of different places. When we decide to have another holiday on Rhodes however then we would love to come back to your villa.

Hi James & Steve, wow - where do we start!? What an incredible luxury villa holiday!
Starting with the highly acclaimed M&S Cars, they were fabulous from start to finish! Pavlos was there waiting for us at the Airport, exactly as per your detailed joining instructions. He drove us to the villa where our hire car awaited us, then we popped to their office the next day to pay.
Our first Impressions of Villa Lindos Blue..... Wow! A lovely luxury retreat, superb location, very well maintained & spotlessly clean. The Blue Line Development is stunnning, so well manicured & tidy - must be one of the best around!? Overall the villa's location was perfect for us. Easy to visit Lindos (in the evening once the busloads of tourists had gone!) and great for more holiday feel of Pefkos.
We loved your villa's styling, furnishing and Interior decoration - particularly liked the large World Map artwork in the lounge. Your furniture was almost too nice for a holiday let!! We took great care not to drape damp towels over dining room chairs (as they were so posh!) which is something we'd usually do. Loved the large solid granite worktop on left as you enter back door. Great place to keep keys/money/sunglasses/phone/camera etc. ...things you pick up and put down regularly when coming and going
The beds (super-king in master suite) were supremely comfortable and your air-con units super efficient ... we tried to keep use to a minimum because of your electric bill!
The kitchen was so well stocked - but we didn't work it hard. We only had breakfast (Frosties!) and sandwiches at lunchtime at the villa, the rest of the time we ate out!
Your "IP TV" system was fabulous - every conceivable channel, worldwide let alone UK, crystal clear picture quality.....great to have the Sky F1 channel!
The internet worked exceptionally well. Easy to connect. No performance issues, very fast!
Fabulous pool & sunbeds, so lovely to have really decent beach towels (John Lewis too!) to use on the sunbeds, and not just one but two large pool towels per person issued as standard! Loved floating in the pool on a blow up crocodile that someone had left!
Your Property Management team were fabulous. Both Paul & Jim were so very friendly and helpful. Jim gave us a great driving tip for journey to where the oceans meet (left just before go kart track or you drive a loop). Bumped into Jim in Lindos one evening and he remembered us which was nice!
We followed a lot of your restaurant recommendations. We also ate in 3 Pigs in Pefkos which we really liked. Very warm welcome, friendly staff and nice food in 3 Pigs.
James & Steve, the service you provided before we left UK was amazing - the best we've ever had. As for your "in villa Guide" - this was the most comprehensives we've ever seen - THANK YOU!!

Starting from the moment we walked out of the airport- the service from Pavlos at M&S rent a car was exceptional - so friendly & helpful. They picked us up from the airport, all as agreed and the car was waiting for us at the villa. The car itself was new, clean and perfectly maintained.
Your villa is just exceptional! Immaculate throughout and equipped with absolutely everything we could conceivably need for our stay – can’t recommend it enough!
The Blue Line development is fantastically quiet, beautifully maintained and spacious. Your villa is very private and isn’t overlooked at all neighbouring properties.
Just a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive/taxi from Lindos, the location is perfect! Being able to access the beach via the hotel at the end of the road is great, and with Pefkos only a few minutes in the other direction we were spoilt for choice when it came to selecting places to dine out in the evening.
The welcome pack you kindly provided - bottle of wine and breakfast staples made it nice and easy for us to settle in after travelling out from the UK.
Your villa is just wonderful. The decoration and fittings are superb and everything we needed for our stay, from plenty of outdoor furniture around the pool, to the amazing BBQ area, to the kitchen utensils! Indeed, your kitchen is better equipped than our own! It had everything we needed and more!
The beds were extremely comfortable & the air con worked perfectly, not too loud, as some units can be!
We used the villa’s Bluetooth music system loads, also the fast internet connection was reliable when we needed it.
We spent most of our time by the pool and the sunbeds and other outdoor furniture were spot on!
Paul from your Property Management team was excellent, so very friendly and helpful.
Your superb guest guide provided all the answers to our questions as well as telephone numbers for taxis etc, as and when we needed it. I can’t think of anything else that would have helped us during our stay!
James & Steve, in the run up to our trip your communication was just brilliant! We had all the information we needed before heading out to Rhodes and your recommendations for car hire, restaurants, etc, were incredibly helpful – thanks so much!

We had a fabulous time, the weather on the day of the wedding could have been better, (we had thunderstorms and had to change our reception venue slightly and couldn't have the boat) thankfully the rain stopped for the ceremony and we had a lovely time anyway.
We found your villa to be so welcoming on arrival. We instantly felt at home and it was such a pleasure to arrive at such a lovely home, your lighting is superb and the decoration throughout is excellent. You certainly have very good taste! The complimentary welcome pack was very generous and perfect.
Everything about Villa Lindos Blue is superb! We found the beds very comfortable. We didn't really use the air con as we didn't need to. The evenings were quite cool. We occasionally used the hot water immersion particularly when all six of us needed showers; it worked fine and we made sure that we didn't leave it on! Your villa is extremely well equipped in the kitchen and the outside is just stunning!
We invited a few of our friends round the day after the wedding and they all loved it. We were very proud showing it to them.
Blue Line Villas is a very nice development, so quiet and peaceful. We found that even though we had the car we walked into Lindos as Paul wanted to have a drink and we didn't find it too far.
We had a very hectic holiday this time because of the wedding and we couldn't have wished for a nicer place to return to each day.

This is our second vacation at Villa Lindos Blue. We decided to return after spending a wonderful week here with friends during July 2015. Once again we found the villa to be spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and filled with lots of thoughtful extras including a lovely welcome pack and beautiful beach towels from John Lewis. Villa Lindos Blue is not just any holiday villa. Steve and James have created a space which is luxurious and comfortable. The villa is appointed with high quality furniture (including beds), a well-equipped kitchen (large fridge/freezer), lots of technology including Playstation 2 & 3, DVD player and ipod dock. In addition there is complimentary wi-fi and air-conditioning, both of which worked perfectly. The outdoor area consists of well-maintained gardens with a lovely pool, BBQ, 6 luxury sun-loungers, wooden outdoor table & chairs, and a fab corner sofa unit which is perfect for a enjoying a relaxing drink. The villa is situated within a small development just outside Lindos. It’s location is far enough away to be peaceful, but has the luxury of easy access to the beautiful hillside town, if desired.

This villa is a little piece of paradise. It has so many home comforts with added luxuries that I have never had in a villa prior to this holiday. The owners are very attentive with detailed info about the villa before you arrive and check ins through out your stay to ensure that your holiday is the best it can be. The location of the villa is excellent with stunning views of the bay and hills surrounding it. The pool and the outdoor living area is excellent and was where we spent the majority of our time. I would recommend to and friend and have already booked to return next year.

Hi James & Steve, we've so enjoyed our holiday! We spent the first 3 days in Athens before flying onto Rhodes and onto your lovely villa!
M&S cars were superb, they were waiting for us at the airport & drove us down to Lindos. They supplied an excellent service and the car was practically new.
We were so very impressed by your villa – who wouldn’t be. The quality of equipment right through to the household linen was “top drawer”!
Your kitchen is so incredibly well equipped, you provide everything! We had contact with both Julie and Paul your pool cleaner, who couldn't have been more very helpful.
We loved Lardos and went to Valantinas and Roulas restaurants as recommended in your Guest Guide. They are just great restaurants.
We drove around the whole island and must have visited practically every monastery and church. Even the smallest villages had something of interest.
We found Lindos to be so busy by day, even so late in the season. However, Paul your pool guy advised that we should visit after 4.30 which worked well and we were able to park and get around Lindos’s sites. We did the same for Rhodes town.

Hi James & Steve, first impressions when we arrived at your villa were how much we loved the decor and that fact that it was a home from home! We loved your pictures and also the lighting inside and outside the villa. We especially loved the outside living space, the pool and BBQ area, and really appreciated the high quality sun loungers.
The air-conditioning was perfect and the kitchen along with all appliances & utensils ensured we were well catered for!
The WiFi was great too!
We all loved the pool and spent a lot of time in it, your pool guy came regularly and it was very clean.
We spent a lot of time in your BBQ area too using it most days. They sell fab chicken skewers in the big supermarket which were perfect on the BBQ!
We also loved the top floor roof terrace & had drinks there late at night, and breakfast there a couple of mornings, lovely!
We had a lovely meal at the Acropolis restaurant in Lindos, authentic Greek food and the waiters were so friendly.
We had a great day out at Rhodes, loved Tsambika beach, and a full day at the water park which the kids loved even though their ages are 17 and 5, so something for everyone.
The Blue Line villa development is a good location, very peaceful, but within 5 mins drive to Lindos or Pefkos, perfect!
Pavlos and Mary from M&S Rent a Car were amazing, can’t recommend them enough. They were punctual, so friendly, nothing was an issue, would definitely hire a car from them again next time.
Villa Lindos Blue suited our requirements perfectly & we'll definitely be coming back, and also will be recommending to our friends and family.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Lindos Blue! It really is such a beautifully maintained villa in a stunning location. I have been to Lindos many times, although only ever stayed at hotels and apartments closer to Lindos previously. I was already an avid fan of Lindos before this holiday, however staying at Villa Lindos Blue made the experience even more enjoyable as it gave us the freedom to relax in our own privacy whilst still enabling us head out in our rental car (from James & Steve's recommended car hire company M&S rentals) to explore the island whenever we wanted.
We were pleasantly surprised by the sheer size of the villa as it is actually a lot bigger than the photos indicate. We arrived early in the morning 2am and the welcome pack of wine, milk and the essentials were most appreciated! Everything had been thought of for guests at Lindos Blue from books/dvd entertainment to the plentiful self catering kitchen appliances (the coffee machine was used everyday by my husband! lol). All the bedrooms had air-conditioning to ensure for a comfortable stay plus the mosquito net shutters on all windows were a bonus as it kept insects & flies out. There is plenty of wardrobe and draw space plus there is a safe available not that we felt we needed to use it as Blue Line villas is such a nice area of villas (ours was no. 15 so it didn't feel there many more than this number of villas in total!). The top bedroom although it was used by our friends and not our room, was lovely and large with a big roof top veranda. All bedrooms have a balcony and sea view though so no one gets the short straw! The main bathroom is very large too with double basins and a large bath and shower.
I think we all agreed that the pool was the highlight of the holiday for us. It was very well maintained and the water was quite warm in July, it felt like a large bath! We didn't have a problem using the pool any time of day it was always pleasant to swim in and has evening lights on a timer. The depth is 1.5 m although it looks shallower to look at, its easy to get in and out too as there are steps into the pool at one end.
There are plenty of sun loungers and seats around the pool area which is great and a huge parasol for those who need a bit of shade. The BBQ area is just to the side of the villa and is also very large and my husband enjoyed cooking on it, the charcoal is available to buy at the larger supermarket nearer Kathalos. If you want to cook indoors there is also a cooker and ceramic hob and microwave at hand as well as dishwasher. BBQ utensils all available too. We often ate outside on the large garden table under the veranda which was very relaxing and well lit too.
Would love to return again and enjoy a longer stay, thanks again James and Steve for making our holiday so memorable.

Sorry it has taken that long to get round to sending you some feedback.
We all rated every aspect of your Villa as either very good or excellent.
We were very pleased with our choice on arrival. With the outside lights on the exterior & grounds were very impressive. Our first thoughts on arrival were that we were going to be staying in a very well appointed & spacious Villa!
Philippa & I loved the main bedroom on the uppermost floor. We enjoyed being able use the roof sun terrace and the privacy that affords.
We must congratulate you on kitting out your Villa so comprehensively. You really have covered all bases in terms of providing so many household & garden/swimming pool items for your guests. We were short of nothing at any time.
I used the BBQ on one night & cooked for my mob & another 7 of my family staying at another nearby Villa. It was a pleasure to use & made easy by the whole range of BBQ equipment you have provided.
We spent a couple of nights in Lindos & also in Lardos. We eat at Roulas & it was great food & such a pleasant atmosphere. We then enjoyed cocktails sitting on the Square whilst the locals put on a Greek night for our entertainment.
In conclusion we loved your Villa and we very grateful for your level of thought you have put in to making your Villa a really special place to stay.
Your Villa management team went about their jobs effectively & unobtrusively.

Just wanted to thank you for another lovely stay at your beautiful villa. This was our second stay at Villa Lindos Blue and it was just as perfect as our first visit. The villa was immaculately presented for our arrival. We arrived at the villa late in the evening and it was a lovely welcome seeing the villa all lit up for our arrival. Once again the welcome pack containing water, milk, bread, honey, eggs etc was fabulous as we knew we could relax and didn’t have to rush out to a supermarket.
The quality of your furniture and decor in the villa is exceptionally high, the villa looked as fresh this year as it did last year, you can tell it’s a home from home and not just another rental villa. There are lots of little touches that you appreciate when staying here, that the owners have obviously thought about, from the lovely thick bathroom towels to the bottle opener in the kitchen. The BBQ area looks great, although we didn’t get round to using it – maybe next time!
The pool area with plenty of shade and comfy sun loungers was just perfect for us to relax by. Plenty of space for us to spread out and not get in each others way round the pool. It was very warm while we were there, as you would expect, but the air conditioning did an excellent job of keeping the villa cool. We found that it was not necessary to keep it on during the day, we just turned it on late afternoon and it cooled the villa down nicely.
Your villa management team were lovely, with the pool and gardens well maintained, they were unobtrusive but there if you needed them, with tips about the area. We ate mainly in Pefkos, the bakery was great for picking up rolls, cakes etc for lunch. There are lots of lovely restaurants in Pefkos and we didn’t have a bad meal the entire holiday, but a couple of our favourites were Kyma, down next to the main beach above Lee Beach bar, where we had a beautiful meal, a little bit different with a lovely view of the sunset – you need to book here. Georges Taverna on the main road in Pefkos, lovely home cooked Greek food. Also Lee Beach for a lovely relaxing lunch looking out to sea, can taste their Chicken Kebab pitta now!
